Voice Performer Brian Mathew Ligsay, started out as a deejay when he was just 16. He was first heard over COOL 106.7FM as DJ Big Brian. Went under the air name Brian Mathews over DWRS and DWVM in Greenhills, then served as the morning guy of DWKY K91FM. DJ Big Brian also aired over 91.5 ENERGYFM. Ligsay is a professional Audio Engineer and now he is the Marketing Director and Chief Operating Officer of CreatiVoices Productions, a company with a platoon of 200 Voice over talents at their disposal.

He has done thousands of voiceover jobs for narrations, live events, AVPs, the internet, original animation, gaming, multi-media, radio, and television dubbing. Credited to his work in anime is his role in the animated series BECK: MONGOLIAN CHOP SQUAD, wherein he took 18 character roles in the show. He also dubbed the roles of Mike/Ohtori in Ursulas’s Kiss, Chief Tanaka and Tony Gleck in 8 Man After, Mao Dante and Prof. Veil Zebbub in Demon Lord Dante, Hijikata Toshizou in Shura No toki, and many more.. He starred as Chairman Robert Kang and as himself in the Koreanovela series: “Lovers” over ABS-CBN.

Brian Ligsay is also a director, producer and writer for original content. He directed and voice casted 2 international animation films in Korea and India. In 2006 he voice coached Mike Enriquez and Vicky Morales, for the first Filipino 3D game published abroad (in which he also starred). A year after he directed another game in Japan. He went to become the voice and director of 3 local animation films and movie trailers. As the voice behind LRTA-2 Purple Line, Brian was just recently featured in local TV show “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” at GMA-7.. And on "Sabadokyu", ABS-CBN hosted by Julius Babao. His passion for the craft is accounted for numerous radio guestings and TV appearances.

One of his best works was with ROSETTA STONE, INC. where he did key direction for 4 other Voice Over talents for the version 3 of their TAGALOG/FILIPINO Software, now out in the market. Recently he was also contracted by the government to voice the President’s show – PULSONG PNOY which airs every Friday 5:30 pm at NBN Ch 4.
