My Voice Experience

After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University in 1993 and making a demo news tape, I landed my first radio job reporting and anchoring news at a local station in my home state of New Jersey. Over the next several years I gained experience working full-time at various New Jersey stations, reporting and anchoring, while also working part-time for Shadow Broadcasting, providing live traffic for WBBR, WFAN, WOR and several other stations in the New York/New Jersey market. Being able to cover, write, produce, deliver and report news and traffic, as well as speaking off the cuff, led to my first shot at co-hosting a morning radio show with Greater Media in 2003. That job led to my current stint with Press Communications, co-hosting the morning show on "The Breeze," 107.1 and 99.7 FM in New Jersey. Listen live at www.breezeradio.com

My Training

With my current radio job I produce and voice commercials for national spots daily, including MCDONALD'S, the NEW YORK TIMES, TOYOTA and SLEEPY'S, which air on four radio stations and web-streams owned by Press Communications, and have experience delivering live copy during the "Mike and Dianne" Morning Show on 107.1 and 99.7 FM. In addition, I have voiced testimonials for InVision Eyecare, recorded descriptions of jewelry for the QVC Cable Channel and have hosted a community affairs segment for a local cable channel called "Making a Difference." My smooth, professional sound and enunciation of copy enhance its credibility.
