I was a customer service rep for over 20 years. I have had training for phone skills regarding speech and courteousness. I have excellent computer skills. I am currently looking for part time work. I cannot pick up the phone and talk to someone, (male or female), without them commenting on my voice. They have encouraged or asked me if I was doing any voice over work.
