I am a technical instructor and use my ability to modulate tonal inflections to create interest in very complex subject matter. I can sound sexy and alluring and keep an audience hanging on my every word. I am a member of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service communication team and deliver the weekly announcements via the public address system. I have received countless messages from employees complimenting my rich resonant tone, timing, delivery and ability to capture and command attention.

My Voice Experience

In college I majored in Radio and Television and graduated with a degree in Mass Media from the Ohio State University in 1982. I have worked as an instructor and recorded training videos, briefings presentations. For the past 20 years I have worked for the federal government as an instructor and communication team lead. My duties largely consist of keeping over 2500 employees informed and abreast of critical information and events. I provide weekly announcements over the public address system, formal classroom instruction, briefings, teleconferences. My hobby is public speaking, acting and writing.

I work with my husband in the performing arts, he is a musician and I make introductions, and perform backup singing and voice overs for his recordings. The Ark Band is a local band that has been performing in the central Ohio area for over 18 years.

I am not just a pretty voice, I have years of business experience and working with people. I am continously seeking to improve my skills and refine my interest. I have a natural ability to resolve conflict by using my voice to create a relaxing atmosphere. I enjoy acting and have a very active imagination which I have used over the years to produce countless process improvements in the workplace. I have taken additional courses at the public television station in Columbus and produced a public announcement for a non-profit organization. My goal is to expand my horizons and utilize my talent to create art with my voice.
