My Voice Experience

I am one of the character voices for 'Darkest of Days' XBox360 video game released in the USA on 8 Sept 2009. I've just completed 'Puzzle Chronicles' video game due for release end 2009, and am interviewed in the Sept edition of 'Hyper' magazine on gaming and voice overs.

New audio book project: 'The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia' is available for download from my website.

I have recorded voice overs and narrations for corporate/industrial DVDs and tutorials, medical narrations for a US client, messages on hold, voice mail greetings, interactive voice response (IVR), web promotions, radio ads and promos, audio books, video games, and presented to camera.

My Training

I studied voice over techniques and audio book narration in New York City with leading producers, coaches and directors in the industry including Peter Rofé PDR Voice Coaching; and Pat Fraley and Hillary Huber, with special guest audio book instruction from Paul Ruben and Barbara Rosenblat; Adria Firestone; and Susan Berkley.

I've completed courses in Acting Techniques and a Voice Intensive at Australia's National Institute for Dramatic Arts (NIDA).

Qualified in radio production and presentation and trained in presenting to camera, I've completed a Certificate III in Radio Broadcasting, and produced programs for Sydney community radio 2SER 107.3FM as part of a regular Tuesday breakfast spot interviewing leading international environmentalists. In 2006 I was the joint winner for the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia’s short story competition for co-producing and presenting a series of travel programs.
