My Training

Not only do I have a degree in TV/Radio Broadcastng from San Francisco State university, I'm currently studying with David H Lawrence. In the past I've studied with Nancy Wolfson (who directed my commercial demo) and Jeff Freeman. In 2009 I also took a fantastic workshop with Cherylynn Carter.

Additional Skills

My "daytime" job is working for Southwest Airlines as an Operations Agent at LAX. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this job because not only do I get to fly free in my leisure time, I communicate with hundreds of people every day. Making announcements daily about boarding procedures and FAA requirements is pretty simple; getting people to really understand what you are saying (rather than them just talking louder on their cell phones to ignore you) is a work of art, and I enjoy it. It's important to not just give information, but to deliver it in a clear and meaningful way, even if it's just to remind people they are only allowed one carry-on and one personal item.
