My Voice Experience

I was the face of radio for several years in South Africa! I did three years live continuity announcing for a terrestrial national broadcaster and many radio and television voice overs for products ranging from talking toothbrushes to busy bank managers.

I am highly experienced at voicing animated characters having dubbed several seasons of an animated childrens' series from Spanish into English as well as several German live action dramas into English.

Most recently I was employed as a continuity announcer for Fox Africa announcing such retro gems as Charlies Angels and Hart To Hart!

Additional Skills

I am a professional writer with more than a hundred broadcast credits, mainly in childrens' television and wildlife documentaries.

I have had more than 12 years experience directing voice artists and it's my second favourite job after actually sitting in the booth myself! Having done it for many years rest assured I will never say 'Can you slow it down and give it more speed?'
