Here's the definition of an "old timer" characterization... with more than a touch of dementia.
This guys' "pick ax" has gotten loose in the handle. ...his "mine shaft" doesn't go all the way to the top. ...he's gone color blind in his old age, and only sees yellow. ...2 nuggets short of a claim. ...an IQ of right around a 49er.
I could go on and on. Bottom line: he's a little psychotic and is probably related to Granny Clampett.
