Voice Description
I am a 47 yr old woman with a voice that is naturally low and have been mistaken for a male at times. I can and have passed it off as young teen boy and girl, and older man as well as an elderly woman. I have a country twang with a bit of sexy and sweet. I also have whiny and raspy to sound very old or sick. I can sing and have done so in churches, talent shows and clubs. I can tell a childs bedtime story in a calming voice. I can narrate for documentories in a serious and passionate voice. I have a smooth and professional voice for teaching and presentations and fun and sexy voice for any fun and sexy commercials or voice over programs. I can sound desperate and urgent due to my work in the EMS and legal field. I can sound as if I just woke from a sleep. I can also sound rough and irritable which is good for commercials for meds to calm the soul. *S* I can be rough sounding, soft sounding, with a country twang or very unaccented for more serious work. I especially love to sing and can do fun jingles to sad ballads to upbeat rythms. I can sound like I have a flu or cold or sound as if I just ran 100 miles. I can be convincing on the phone under many various voice tones and dialects. I can sound as if I am going to cry, sarcasm, teasing, arrogant, snobbish, business like.

baby talk for a baby commercial. Mom spends all day with the baby and can't change back to her real voice when dad comes in. I can whine like a spoiled child. Sound as if I'm broken hearted and about to cry a flood. I can sound very southern and then I can make it hard to guess any kind of geographical accent. I know some spanish and can mix it up with english what we call tex mex. twangy, as if sinuses are stuffed up. sweet and calm to manipulate and very rich and professional to narrations. I can sound desperate and urgent due to my work in the emergency field. I can sound angry or even as if I just awoke from a very deep sleep.

My Training
singing is my love. I sing country and christian music mostly and have done so in public arenas. I have sang in churches and clubs, parties, and I also write and could write a jingle or commercial, even a documentary and do the singing or the narration to fit the requirement of the job.
My Studio Equipment
ahhhh, I'm an amature as far as doing this for business purposes but trust me, I can get it done. I have mic and amp and will travel and will more than willing obtain anything other equipment required for the project.
Additional Skills
my employment has been as an EMS medic, oil field worker, paralegal, waitress, and those also helped me to learn the art of voice command and control. I write jingles for fun, poems, and sing my heart out. I have been naughty and made prank calls before too and actted the opposite sex or younger or older just to have fun and have fooled many a friend and family with it. Again, my passion is singing but my singing is with the country slant.
