My Voice Experience
I'm very new to the business but I receive compliments on a daily basis. I'm the voice of the greeting on my company's phone system.
My Training
I presently have no formal training but I intend to start training in the spring.
I received most of my training in the school and church choir.
Also, there were classes I attended as an employee of SBC/ATT as a phone operator. The classes were on how to calm irrate customers and using your voice to your advantage.
