Voice Description

I have a medium range female voice. I sing alto and tenor. I have a very seductive voice, but can also do comedy and professional speaking. English is my native language, but I have 4 years of Spanish in high school and college and translated for patients in the office where I worked. I have been studying German. I can do a wicked French accent. I can do a thick Southern accent. I sing to my doggies in a goofy, high-pitched voice.

My Voice Experience

I am very active in community theatre and have done a great deal of public speaking. I worked as an office manager in a dental office for 14 years and spoke with patients on the phone all day. I was in the church choir for many years. I was on the speech and debate team in high school and took speech in college, along with journalism and theatre.

My Training

Most of my training came from community theatre; speaking and musical training. I received a great deal of training by rehearsing with the church choir.

Additional Skills

I'm an animal activist, a practioner of Wicca, a liberal Democrat, a polytheist, and I have a very sarcastic sense of humor. I make up songs and stories for my doggies all of the time. I am an avid movie fan and can quote lines from all sorts of movies.
