Voice Description
A rich warm Midwestern voice that has been on everything from the Voice of America to Zombie Movies, Deb enjoys doing characters and reading, she also does voice overs and sound effects. She can create a realistic baby crying, any age and according to the need of the scene. Then there is science fiction and robot-like techno-noises. Her protégé in sculpture, Debra Ann Caniglia, does a glass shattering train whistle. Buyer beware.

Deb has been doing studio artwork continuously since 1962. Deb also does commissions, Sculpture, Monuments, Water Features, Animation, Special Effects, Sets, Storyboards, American Indian Traditional Knowledge and Repatriation Archaeology/Analytical Archaeology professionally. Deb has been doing club installations since the 1960s, the latest at Café Fais Do Do in LA. As a master carver she does exact sculptural portraiture. Since 2000, Deb has made it a point to mentor or give demonstrations and instruct in the community. Until its untimely demise through budget cuts, Deb worked as a contract artist instructor with the California Department of Corrections at Chuckawalla State Prison (a 72% success rate of no repeat offenders from the Arts In Corrections program, dont let these programs be lost!.) Doing studio instruction, Deb worked with the underserved 13-25 year old population living near the Salton Sea. It is a harsh desert environment and they do not have access to may professionals as it is a two hour drive from any major city across a blistering desert with many sand storms. The supporting agencies are the Torres-Martinez Tribal TANF and through the extremely successful SOS/IVROP programs designed to create marketable skills in the arts and other areas for teens and young adults at risk in the community.
Mentor your people in your community, it really pays off!
Deb can also do astrology, something she had to lean as an archaeologist to be able to read the writing and inscriptions of ancient Star Knowledge. Since Deb doesnt do esoteric stuff, she ends up giving astrological tune-ups to well known Psychics and other professionals in esoteric fields, because she strictly sticks to the calculations. In NYC she learned 90 Degree Astrology from Tony Bardusk and Wayne Booher. She has consulted on scripts and shows that have references to astrology so it seems real. Astrology is easy, it is memorization, not mumbo-jumbo. Its an odd sort of specialty, and not what 20th century magazines portray it as. Just a better clock with more information on it.
As a member of round 7 Group 101 Films in the LA basin this fall, Deb is slaving over a hot computer and in her studio as we speak. They produce one film per month as a way to stimulate their own work. Its a hair-raiser, but it is fun. If you want to participate or collaborate (even long distance as producers, screenwriters, musicians, equipment specialists, etc,) you can drop her a line The group here consists mainly people working in the industry in the Hollywood area that are participating. Anyone is welcome. Everyone is listed in the cast or crew lists, and much of the work ends up in film festivals or as reels to get serious work. Some is just for fun, and some material doesnt fly at all
better to know now. to check out something in your area. If you dont roll up yer sleeves and get to work, its not gonna get done.
By the way, Deb really likes to dance, and she has a track record for keeping up with the moves. For some funny reason she was a member of the Mudd Club of Deviant Behavior in the 1980s. Use it or ya lose it.
