Voice Description

I'm very versatile and can be directed almost anywhere. Very natural and "real", friendly conversational, warm, fun commercial style, professional and polished for corporate presentations or narration, down-to-earth and edgy for a more Gen-X sound. My smile comes through in a very natural way that I've been told is hard to find in a Voiceover Talent. I also have a large repertoire of characters... kids of all ages, teenagers, quirky, wacky small creatures, or elderly voices too. You name it, I'll try it, and can probably come up with something that'll work for you!

My Voice Experience

National Regional and Local Radio, TV and Interactive Ad Campaigns for clients including Macy's, McDonald's, Saturn, Meridian Vineyards, Washington Mutual, Microsoft, America West Airlines, Sprint PCS, and Walmart to name a few. Dozens of Video Games, Children's Learning Programs, and Interactive Toys, for clients such as Sony Playstation, X-box, EA Sports, Nintendo, Mattel, Leapfrog, The Learning Company and more. My voice is heard on Comcast Cable stations nationwide, and listen for me narrating the new cable TV show "Women of the Wild Outdoors". I've been told that I have a voice that people can listen to "for extended periods of time", so I have a niche in Corporate Training Videos, Learning Programs, On-Hold Messaging and In-Store Advertising. I have an extensive background in Radio Imaging Voiceovers and Production. I love what I do, and can take direction well. It's important to end a session knowing that I was able to interpret what the client wanted and needed, with or without direction, and often times even add a little something extra to the campaign that makes it "that much better" and more memorable than anyone ever anticipated.

My Training

I have a BA in Literature from UCSD, over 15 years of Digital Editing experience, including daily work on ProTools, Audicy, and Adobe Audition. I Beta Tested one of the first Digital Editing Systems back in the early 90's and never looked back. I've studied under many talented Voiceover Professionals to stay fresh and to perfect my craft, taking numerous Voiceover Classes, Workshops and Seminars over the years. I have also taught Voiceover Classes at the Community College Level.
