Coming from an acting background, Debbie has a closet full of character and accented voices, including Julie Andrews-style proper British, as well as Lucky Charm Irish, and Eliza Doolittle Cockney. American regional dialects include plantation Southern, Cowgirl Southern, Jersey Girl, California girl, NYC Jewish Gramma type (oye!) Also foreign accents of French, Australian, Italian, Russian, and others on request.

Additional Skills

After 25 years as an actor onstage, on-camera, and behind the microphone, Debbie has worked with everything from Shakespeare to phone prompts, and all things in between. She can assist in making creative touches and grammatical corrections to your copy, and lending it the authentic and beliveable quality you've come to expect. She's also adept at Teleprompter/EAR prompter, though not often called for in her current line of primarily voice over work. She has a working knowledge of many different medical and technological terms, though clearly not equipped to perform eye surgery, or hardwire your new computer....even though she may sometimes play a doctor or computer tech on TV or through many an instructional video! She'll certainly make your job an easy one, by lending her professional voice talent to your words, and helping to create a finished product that sells, instructs, clarifies, delights, and amuses.
