My Voice Experience

I was employed at a radio station in Cape Town, and was given the opportunity to write my own material for short documentary inserts.

I read all our news broadcasts, wrote, voiced and produced a few commercials and tag lines for the same station.

Today, I produce voiceover work (storytelling) for cd distribution, and read books for an organisation which produces audio material for the blind.

My Training

I have no qualification in this field; this ability and talent came about through wanting to tell stories for others to listen to.

I do have a diploma in Journalism, a diploma in radio theory (where I had learned the skill of radio voice) and extensive experience in radio.

Additional Skills

I've studied marketing management and Journalism, and spent a great deal of time in sales, so "selling" a product is always on my mind when making a presentation.
