My Voice Experience

She got her start in radio doing news in her hometown. After a 5 year departure to work as a Television Anchor/Reporter, Deana was lured by the bright lights of New York and decided to embark upon a voice-over, commercial and print career. Later, with a few TV commercials, magazines and billboards ads under her belt, and the radio bug continuing to nibble, Deana returned to her first love.

Between then and now Deana Wright has enjoyed much success, and has worked in several markets and formats including Top 40, Adult Contemporary (AC), Hot AC, Smooth Jazz and Urban AC. Her most recent stints include V98.7 in Detroit, a smooth jazz formatted station in Philadelphia, CD104.3 in Denver and Deana returns to Philly from Stevie Wonder’s radio station, KJLH in Los Angeles. She feels blessed to have worked for such an incredible icon and maintains a friendship with Stevie, but is thrilled to be back in Philadelphia!
