During the fall of 2008, I was exposed to the world of voice-acting for the first time. I was Jim Conlan's student in his Intro to Voice Acting/Announcing class. After that, I took private dialog lessons with Mr. Conlan.
In March 2009, I went to an audition for a feature film by Houston-based Omnipulse Entertainment, "The Last Flight of the Champion". This was my first audition, so naturally, I didn't get the part I was aiming for.
Currently, I am actively looking for new voice-over opportunities, especially animated programs and video games. However, I will not be involved in any productions that feature sexual content or promote hatred, cyberbullying, drug abuse, sexual abuse, gangster violence, or any other religion besides Judaism and Christianity.
Also, I will not use obscenities of any kind. I do not believe in swearing, so with the client's permission, I would like to paraphrase any lines I might have, while still trying to maintain whatever message or emotion that such lines convey.
Business cards are available upon request and will be mailed to the client. For security-related reasons, all demos are available only upon request. Please write to me at d_curlee85@yahoo.com and be sure to include a legitimate subject. Any spam e-mails and false audition invitations can and will be deleted.
