I've recently completed a PSA radio voiceover spot, where I projected a nonjudgmental, calm, reassuring voice offering information and a way out for those who are looking for help from foreclosure here in New York City.
I've done unpaid and non-union work in order to gain experience and my first paid gig was the radio voiceover gig for the foreclosure help PSA. My voice is just enough New York without completely going New Yawk.
Do not own studio equipment but have an audio program where I hook a mike to my laptop and record wavs. the program came with the computer. I have no special egg carton pieces on my wall and the sample I have was professionally done in a studio here in Manhattan, NYC for the foreclosure help voiceover PSA.
I seek to relay the information clearly and as timely a manner as possible. I am about listening to what the client wants and working together with them to produce the voiceover work they want. I sing a bit which also helps with breathing.
