Venafro is a young versatile guy. He perfects all age groups from 15-25. He can speak with southern or NY accents. He sings jingles and most frequently reads for roles between that are teenage based. He reads for a lot of cartoons. He can be your official announcer or weatherman in his 30s. He absolutely fits a voice similar to that of the old DELL COMPUTERS DUDE, but is not limited to just that style. He truly have a versatile voice with lots of power.

David Venafro, often simply referred to as Venafro, is naturally comical and youthful. He is a native of the Wasington DC area and the middle child of five in a family of overachievers, including siblings whom are a successful writer/producer, a professional athlete and all of whom are 3rd generation from their half Austrian and half Italian nationality. Venafro began his pursuit of acting in his final year of attendance at George Mason University where he graduated with honors earning a BA in broadcasting, while also producing a minor in meteorology; for he once thought to be a weatherman. He has studied as far away as the University of Reading in England, while also honing his craft with a variety of acting coaches on both the east and west coasts. As a member of both the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), Venafro's dynamic youthful appearance and versatile acting ability have allowed him to play many roles including but not limited to a heroine addict in the Video Music Award Winning Mary J. Blige video titled "No More Drama". Venafro, while sporting a mo-hawk in the video, may be most remembered for this role due to the growing number of times it has aired on MTV, VH1, BET, and we must not forget the Grammy's, American Music Awards, and of course the Video Music Awards. Perhaps you saw Venafro on The Disney Channel playing a nerd or on the UPN or FX networks being the sweet boy next door. Venafro, can also currently be seen sporting his athletic physique and charming looks in his bathing suit on print ads nationwide for a raft and pool company called INTEX. You may also have learned of the root of his intelligence when he worked as a spokes model for Hewlett Packard which he frequently does around the nation; most recently at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. Volkswagen has even tapped into the marketability of Venafro when they decided to use his face nationwide to market the recent model of the Volkswagen bug. He has even extended himself internationally hosting a children’s show for the BBC, acting with Ewan McGreggor in a Japanese commercial and various ads in European magazines. Back home our own U.S. Government’s Department of Education wanted him for their own industrial film. You may also catch him in a short comedy called Project Limelight on ifilm, which is no surprise once you get to know him; Venafro loves to entice laughter. He may even do that with his voice alone in his most current pursuit of voice acting. Whether it’s a commercial or industrial, comedy or drama, voice over or print ad; Venafro delivers. Recently Venafro has been cast in an upcoming feature film called Crazy House by Chris Stokes (You Got Served) in which he demonstrates his versatility in acting playing a 17 year old student body president whom has a dark side named Eric. Most recently Venafro was seen on CBS’s hit series Cold Case, Comedy Central’s Last Laugh 04’ and Campus Ladies on the Oxygen Network. However these roles should not fool you, Venafro is a courageously energetic and a fun, polite gentleman.
