My Voice Experience

I work at a major card credit company. On my first day servicing customers, I had an angry customer who wanted to speak with a supervisor, because it was hard for him to understand (I personally thought he wanted to speak to a woman) . At the time there were no supervisors available, so I decided to act as the " supervisor" ......... I then used my keen sense of hearing to zone in on a middle age white woman sitting behind me. I quickly learned her voice tone, and mimiced her speech pattern good enough to fool the customer, and he even hit on me! lol
