Born in Hollywood, My Father having been in the business, He made me aware at a young age the voices of personalities on commercials most don't notice (such as, these days, Tom Selleck for Florida Orange Juice) so, I've always loved voices, charactors from cartoons to radio dramas to comedy teams like Bob & Ray, Loman & Barkley, etc.. My voice has a medium deep base, has a close personal, relaxing feeling to it, suggestive or persuasive if I want, as well as friendly or firm and authoritative. It has a soft I can create charactors or generally immulate most any charactor and accent I listen to. I can get into charactor easily.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I can approximate a number of accents especially upon hearing it I can usually immulate it and then add it to any range of voices I'm able to create. I can immulate russian, Irish, Scottish, New York/Jersey, Bostonian, Chicagan, etc, especially upon hearing a good example for a few minutes. I can approximate a George C. Scott type of voice. I can create any number of western and or southern charactors from their 20's to old man. I can approximate a Walter Brennan voice for example and variations of that. I do pretty good Jimmy Stewart. I can do a stereotypical Edward G. Robinson gangster voice. The best spot-on impression I do is of the late Dr. Carl Sagan. I have to say, I've never heard a better one.
