My Voice Experience

I have done guy next door voices for many commercials in the financial services arena as well as drug companies. All of the commercial work I have done has been for radio and the drug companies have been training videos. If need be I have no problem working in front of the camera.

My Training

I graduated in 1986 from LIU C.W. Post with a degree in communications and broadcasting. After spending time working for all three major networks I decided to take a voice acting class in NYC. I kept my day job but started doing voice work on the side for fun. One job led to the next and here I am today ready to work and make clients happy.

My Studio Equipment

I have a home studio with a Neumann TLM 103 running through a PreSonus 24-bit/48k interface and Cakewalk Sonar 7 softwear. I also have easy access to a very well set up VO studio near my home that runs Pro Tools. I am just a few miles from NYC so running in and out is no problem.

Additional Skills

I am 100% reliable and take direction well. I have been around production since the days of splicing tape to do editing. No I'm not that old I was instrumental in bringing one of the first Avid off line editing systems to New York. I take my voice work very seriously and maintain my instrument at all costs. That translates into no smoking no drinking no screaming and lots of rest. All that makes me sound boring as I look at it in print. I love Nascar and go to as many races a year as I can. Being around people with other ways of speaking helps me perfect my craft. I love what I do.
