My Voice Experience

During my years as a Special Agent of the FBI, I narrated Special Reports concerning Terrorist Activity through our audio-visual studio productions at the FBI Academy, Quantico, VA.

As part of the Training Division, I taught at the Academy, conducted training sessions for Police Departments, and spoke at conferences worldwide.

Television appearances include Good Morning America, Nightline, Fox Syndicated, and local stations.

DAVID WENDELL HOLMES
Holmes is an experienced professional security management consultant who provides comprehensive threat analysis, innovative interventions, and disaster recovery planning to threatened and targeted individuals and organizations worldwide. He specializes in investigations involving due diligence, surveillance, public safety, counter terrorism, and bombing matters. He has consulted with major corporations and foreign governments in countering international terrorist activity, economic and industrial espionage, fraud, risk management (data base country profiling); and successful corporate downsizing (creative destruction) in global restructuring.

Holmes is a contract investigator for the National Football League, and has provided counsel resulting in successful litigation concerning explosives matters, counterfeiting, and piracy matters in connection with the Recording Industry and Motion Picture Associations of America. National television appearances include Good Morning America, Nightline, and Fox Syndicated.

As a twenty-three year veteran of the FBI, he helped pioneer their Terrorist Research and Bomb Data Centers which provided technical training, threat assessment, and security planning for major events such as the Pan American Games, the 1984 and 1988 Olympics, and national political conventions. Holmes was an organizer and curriculum developer of the FBI's Hazardous Devices School and developed and managed research and development program that supported multiple agencies.

Holmes taught at the FBI Academy, provided on site assistance to elite foreign and domestic specialized response teams, conducted seminars, organized and served on international panels, and made presentations before prestigious conferences and symposia throughout the world.

A former Captain and Commanding Officer of a military bomb disposal team with a nuclear weapons mission in the U.S., Holmes subsequently commanded a chemical company consisting of twenty-one thousand tons of specialized munitions in South East Asia during the Vietnam conflict.

Affiliations include the University of Virginia Alumni Association, The Society of Former Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (Mid Atlantic Regional Vice President & Member of the Society=s Board of Directors 2001-2003), International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators, and the Special Forces Club (London).
