My Voice Experience

I have performed everything from a talking British orangutan in a sitcom... to car commercial VO's... to heroes, villains and creatures in Saturday morning cartoons... to the voice of God. And I've won some handsome awards in the process: Gold and Bronze at Promax/BDA Awards in LA, Jury Prize for Short Film (stop-motion animation) at the Cannes Film Festival, to name a few.

My Training

The VO path, in a nutshell: Took Second City improv workshops... studied cinema at university... performed a lot of theater... wrote, directed, and acted in a surreal comedy troupe... worked as a reader in a large casting office... created a production company... produced and VO'd corporate videos... wrote, directed, produced and performed in short films... got an acting/VO agent... then got a better one... trained with a voice coach... work work work... moved to LA.

Director, producer, screenwriter, copy writer, copy editor, actor. Perfect grasp of English language and grammar. I've been specializing in comedy for my entire life. I am intelligent, logical and great at collaborating, so I can help improve projects if needed; but I can also take clean simple direction and deliver without a bunch of fuss and questions. I've been on all sides of this industry– corporate, commercial, and indy– and can bring a lot of tools to the table.
