My Voice Experience
I am in both SAG and AFTRA, and have professional voice over experience in a variety of projects, most notably:
Black Panther (Marvel/BET animated series, to premiere in 2010): I play recurring character Everett Ross in 4 episodes, and a variety of smaller characters as well.
Utopia Machines (Adult Swim pilot, 2009) - played main character Jason.
The Pro (animated pilot, based on the comic book, 2009): Played The Saint (Superman spoof), The Knight (Batman spoof) and The Squire (Robin spoof).
Tiffany (Random Cartoons on Nickelodeon, 2008): Played the Dad of the main character, as well as a jockey and a racetrack announcer.
Bridezilla Shorts (WE Network, 2008) - played various characters in animated shorts for the web.
Tales From the Dark Beyond (animated webcast for the band Disturbed, 2008) - played several characters.
Racing Stripes (Warner Bros, 2005): I did ADR for many actors in souther accents, as the minor roles were filmed with South African actors and all needed to be overdubbed. I also voiced some of the minor horse characters.
My Training
I trained in Theatre at the University of Iowa, where I studied both modern and classical acting. Since then, I have worked in largely in the animation industry in Los Angeles as a producer/production manager, gaining experience doing voice work on the side.
My Studio Equipment
I have access to a recording studio at the animation company I produce for, which has a full mixing board and Pro Tools.
Additional Skills
I can sing in a variety of styles, ranging from rock to folk to musical theatre. Range is low-baritone to medium tenor.
