My Voice Experience

Whenever I'm asked how I got into voice acting, I always recall one particular story. At an early age, for some reason, my father was recording random sounds with an external tape recorder. I was normally a shy kid, but in a rare impulse of fortitude, I picked up the microphone and started doing a number of impressions. Needless to say, he was shocked that his little boy possessed such a range. Thankfully, I continue to surprise many people with that same talent today.

I have performed a number of different roles throughout my voice over and acting career. The bulk of my acting experience took place during my theatre training in Jacksonville, FL, where I performed on camera, on stage, and voiced characters for local university venues. My greatest strength is my ability to quickly identify a character and deliver an authentic and energetic read. I also possess superb memorization skills which enables me to get away from the script much faster and focus more on becoming the character.

My training with Bang Zoom Studios has further expanded my character repertoire, as well as my timing dealing with ADR and my ability to deliver perfect reads in very few takes. I have a naturally powerful and resonant voice that can be easily manipulated for the brooding villain, teenage street punk, the talking gerbil, or anything in between. Currently, I am available to provide voice over services for commercials, cartoons, and video games. With my versatility, acting experience, and enthusiasm, I am the best choice for any project.

Additional Skills

I am very interested in doing voice acting in any capacity. During my acting training, I was always given roles that required a powerful speaker.
I have also been a follower of animation and games for a long period of time which has allowed me to learn from the best character actors.
I also possess musical vocal training in addition to a Music Performance major. Additionally, I've been composing music for five years.
