Voice Description

My narrative is medium-low, crisp, has a nice edge and warm sounding. My announcer voice can be either sharp and poweful or softened and warm with a smooth edge. My commercial voice is energetic and crisp with very warm tones that draw in the listener. My character voices can be young to old, high to low. I also do cartoon voices and over forty celebrity impressions.

I am experienced in live presentations and host many events, including television programs.

I also have a unique, modern movie trailer voice.

My Voice Experience

I'm an ANNOUNCER, NARRATOR, HOST, COMMERCIAL VOICE, DIALOGUE REPLACEMENT ARTIST (looping), IMPRESSIONIST AND JINGLE SINGER. My voice is rich and warm and GETS ATTENTION!!!

I do so many voices that I may be the only guy you need.

I also sing and perform with top groups, THE RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS, PAUL REVERE AND THE RAIDERS, THE LETTERMEN..

First I was a singer, and then when in NYC, I began writing jingles and doing all of the voices for the commercials I wrote. Being a singer, VO artist and impressionist, I was of great value to producers. I later became one of the leading voices in Orlando. Then I began singing with top groups (The Righteous Brothers, Paul Revere and the Raiders, The Lettermen) and took a little time off from VO work. But missed it so returned to the trade in LA. Now I do national, regional and local voices. I also create original character voices. Recently, I have been doing some film trailer work.

My Training

I began in voice work when in grade school where I produced a puppet show (and charged admission)where I was all of the puppets. And have never stopped. Being a VO artist, recording artist, writer and recording emgineer, doing voice work has always been my thing. I was trained from day one while in the field by people working in the field. Whether on the radio, on stage or in the studio, my life has revolved around my voice work. I have worked professionally in NYC, Orlando, FL., Los Angeles, and done work in, and for radio stations across the US, Canada and even some ASIAN market and European projects.

My Studio Equipment

I have a Mac-Pro, G-5 Quad tower with eight gigs of ram. I run a full Logic-Pro set up with Behringer and Avalon mic-pre's. I have an array of mics, but prefer Audio-Technica and Neumann. I have a Lucas Sound Library and full Soundtrack-Pro libray as well that I run with FCP Studio. I can FTP files or convert to any format. I can produce finished tracks here and then send them to you or send you a raw signal that you can finish yourself.

I sometimes master my tracks in SAW STUDIO which is an unbelievable product.

Additional Skills

Being a professional writer, I can aid you in many ways. Many of my clients send me copy, which I record and then send back, and others send me copy to rewrite, record and then send back. I also have an array of people that I work with to fill in other needed voices which can save you hours of auditioning.

My array of voices is vast, so I can probably fill most of your needs.

I also write and produce jingles and theme songs. As I said, you can have finished product or raw signal from me.
