My Voice Experience

I've been using my voice professionally for thirty years, although most of this has been outside of voice-over production. Generally this has involved radio and television news reporting and anchoring. Years ago, I voiced ads for a skating rink and a Toyota dealer. Most recently, I voiced promos for the television station where I'm employed as News Director. Please note that all of the demos included were created as demos and not for actual jobs.

My Training

I have been involved with using my voice professionally for thirty years. I was involved in acting at a local theatre when I was a child and in my teens. Since then, I have been employed as a radio and television news reporter and anchor where I have constantly used my voice.

My Studio Equipment

Cubase production software, Mac computer, various software based processors, RE 20 mike, Studio Projects mike. Additionally, I have Final Cut Pro and Photoshop software so I can combine my audio with your video or graphics to create a finished product.

Additional Skills

As a journalist, I've won a Peabody Award for a series I produced for CNN and an Edward R. Murrow Award for a series I produced for WSB Radio in Atlanta. I have a lot of expertise in writing and producing news productions which I think could be important to certain kind of voice productions and projects.
