My Voice Experience

My current work involves numerous conference calls for a large telecommunications company, bringing together large groups of intelligent specialists from all over the globe to solve numerous technical issues. I host many of these calls, using my soothing and and trusting voice to calm the turbulent waters and keep the participants focused on finding solutions. Not an easy task, when deadlines and penalties loom! I have to know when to be light-hearted, sympathetic or forceful, depending on the situation. My voice becomes an extension of my personality, and contributes to successful outcomes.

My Training

Have had numerous communications classes over the years, including 21+ years with a major telecommunications company. Hae hosted hundreds, if not thousands, of professional conference calls over that span, utlizing many different personality skills to calm, and even sometimes cajole, successful results.
