Voice Description

Dynamic, lean and clear in the tenor range, nearly Elvish I must say. Sexy and intrigueing, at least that's what the mute girl at the bar said. Suitable for video games and cartoons, presentations, radio, and announcing. My voice is somewhat similar to Jack Skellington (The Nightmare Before Christmas), Lion-O (Thundercats), and "D" (Vampire Hunter D). I can also do voicing similar to Dr Evil (Autsin Powers), Dr Claw (Inspector Gadget Cartoon), The Count (Seasame Street), Mitsuhide, Haazo Hattori, Oda Nobunaga (Samurai Warriors/Dynasty Warriors voices). I can also be very light and high for a more feminine/non-masculine male and younger male. Oddly enough, I can also emulate Steven Hawking or those bad Speak and Spell Toys. I could do creatures, but beastiality is only legal in Texas.

My Voice Experience

At work I'm often asked to speak for them in the P.A. system, sometimes I even do porn voices (my boss likes that). I record ad-lib comedies, skits, musicals, and mock-radio broadcasts with my friend who is great at voices as well. I've primarily studied Acting and Vocal Performance (vocalist/singing... not signing). And who doesn't spend hours on Answering Machine Voice Recordings?

My Training

I started training for vocal jazz in high school, I continued this through my short stint at a local community college (Kellogg Community College, Battle Creek, Mi... Tony the Tiger says it's Grrrrrrreat). Primarily studying acting and vocal performance. Vocal Jazz and Classical Music tend to train one's voice to be clean, crisp and with lot's of pronunciation.
