Voice Description

My voice is naturally deep, but I have the ability to raise or lower it. Basically, have fun with it depending what the occasion calls for.

I am able to do accents as well. British is by far the best. I can do other European dialects as well, just not as fluently. I am also able to do an Indian accent.

Depending on what is needed, I am able to vary my voice quite well. From scary and seductive to fun and inviting and everything in between.

My Voice Experience

First and foremost, it has to be understood that with the exception of in my car, the bathroom, or in front of friends (and strangers for that matter) I'm a beginner.

I actually worked for Wyndham Vacation Ownership for awhile (basically timeshares), and we would have to do 90-120 minute presentations with clients. Well, on one particular evening I decided I would do my entire presentation in an British accent. The client bought it hook, line and sinker. I even changed my name to Nigel.

For some time people have been expressing that I get involved with VO type work. In fact, I went to a job fair this afternoon and as I was registering the woman said to me, "Great voice." That's a good way to start your day. I did do an audition and was accepted at Columbia Broadcasting, but I was in college at the time and I did not have the money to pay two tuitions.

Bottom-line, I'm new. However, with a little help, I can go far.
