Voice Description

As a singer, I am a first tenor, and my speaking voice is also on the higher end of the scale. When reading out loud, I can get a warmer sound, but not really deep or booming. I am best at smooth, professional presentations, but I can also do more upbeat stuff, and I've been told I'm pretty good with sarcasm. I grew up in California, so I can sound like a surfer; and I can do Southern accents pretty well, but I don't really know if they're more Carolina or Texas. People seem to like my Southern "televangelist" voice. For British accents, I am better at lower-class than upper-class sounds.

My Voice Experience

I am just starting out, so my demo is all I have to show you. I wrote the pieces using (mostly) made-up names, with a range of styles.

My Training

I was a Theater Arts minor in college, and worked with the Gilbert and Sullivan Company of Santa Barbara, and the Ensemble Theater, also in Santa Barbara. I have performed with a number of different choirs and performing groups.
