My Voice Experience

I have been hired to do voice recordings by a high ranking ER doctor, the purpose of which was to vocalize transcribed testimony by an EMS worker. The testimony was important enough that it was to be heard during grand rounds, however the identity of the EMS worker was to remain anonymous. I was brought in to read the testimony, and to capture as best I could the intense emotional state of the EMS worker.

My Training

I have a bachelor's degree in English and theatre studies from the University of Guelph (Voice coaches include Kim Renders, Judith Thompson, Sky Gilbert). I studied voice and breathing techniques at the Stratford Festival (Ian Watson).
