My Voice Experience

My previous jobs have all revolved around customer service of some variety. More times than not, it's been helping guide someone around a store or keeping a lively conversation going with someone while I scan their groceries. Others have been problem solving and reasoning when customers need some assistance.

My Training

Mainly being around people and learning from what the public likes to hear. I've always listened in and melded the voice around the situation. Several jobs working around people and generally getting out and about have been the training I've needed to grasp what others like to hear.
