Voice Description

I am a voice actor/producer. I specialize in character voices and am capable of singing in character. My cartoon demo shows the "primary colors" of my vocal range. I can blend those characters and manipulate my voice for a wide variety of voice styles. I can change the tone & tambre of my voice naturally, and I also know a few recording tricks to help me change the sound of my voice for different characters. I impersonate some cartoon characters such as Meatwad, Shaggy and Scooby Doo. I can even do a decent Dark Knight Joker.

My Voice Experience

I am capable of a wide varitey of vocal timbre. I am also a singer in a rock band and can sing in most of my character voices.

My Training

I am a graduate of SAE Institute Audio Technology program and have a ProTools LE rig at home.

My Studio Equipment

I have a Pro Tools LE rig with the 002 interface, Factory Tool Kit plug-in bundle and the Music Production Tool Kit plug-in bundle. I have an MPA Gold dual channel tube mic pre. I use a Rode NTK large diaphragm condenser mic or a Neumann KMS105 condenser, and I also have a Marshall MXL V69 large diaphragm condenser mic and a matched stereo pair of Oktava pencil condenser mics.
