My Voice Experience

I have been singing and uising my voice all my life. I have been in a choral program for four years this year. I was in a choral program three years in my middle school, Horace Mann Middle Coimmunity School in El Portal, Miami, Florida. This year, my freshman year in high school, I am in the STAR Magnet program for singing at Dr. Michael M. Krop Sr. in Miami, Florida. I am planning to continue singing in a choral program throughout my years in school. In my middle school chorus program I have travelled across the state singing at colleges such as Bethune-Cookman and Miami Dade Community, and at several other functions such as the Music USA Festival held annually at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL. I have performed many solos during these four years publically.

Additional Skills

I am a singer. I have been in a choral program for four years and plan to continue in chorus for the rest of my school years. I have a high soprano to mid-alto range, my strength being my higher register, and I learned most of my stage presence/acting skills through singing. Due to my vocal training through chorus, my voice is strong, controlled, and expressive. I can express a lot of character, emotion, and feeling in my voice, and although my main talent is my singing, I am overly confident that I have a voice that can be wonderful for acting, especially voice-overs for animated films and commercials.
