Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

Some detect an accent but can't place it as Calfornian or because of my father coming from Germany. It seems to be an unplaceable accent that makes people consider my voice more than they might others.

My Voice Experience

When temping at Explosion Robinson, a sound recording studio, I have several times been called into the sound box to see if I would be good for a piece. For example, I was asked to come in and announce "Brought to you by Hersheys" at the end of a commercial. I do not know if it was aired or not. I would be a great fit for many different projects.

My Training

I have spent time around recording studios and with MTV and Nickelodean V/O artists. While I have no official training in the field, I am often asked to try out for pieces or record people's voicemail.
