My Voice Experience
I worked as a Professional Phone Operator for Verizon Wireless 411 and I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative for Chase Online Banking, Cablevision and Sprint PCS.
I have also acted in several plays and skits for non-profit organizations such as the The Young People's Institute (Y.P.I.), located in New York.
In addition to acting in plays and skits, I have done Stand Up 'Corporate Comedy' in the Healthcare Industry.
I have also completed 'Voice Assimilation Training' for at AT&T for a position as a 'Landline Telephone Operator'.
My Training
In 1986, I received my training from Kenny Green, an Instructior of Music, located in New York.
In 1995, I attended a 6-Week training course in Voice Coaching and Customer Service at Cablevision in Long Island, NY.
From 1996-2004, I worked at Chase Bank, AT&T, Sprint PCS & Verizon Wireless as a 411 Phone Operator.
