Additional Skills

I have worked in Customer Service for many years and also as a Research Assistant. In both of these positions 90% of my work was done over the phone. The tone of my voice was key in accomplishing many things whether it be encouraging a sale, smoothing over a dispute or expressing sympathy over a problem.
