Voice Description
My voice is somewhat deep, with unusual overtones, and is perhaps best suited to narrations or presentations. I enunciate quite clearly, particularly at high speeds, and have little difficulty with technical or arcane terms. I'm mildly proficient in Spanish, but since it has an essentially phonetic orthography, I'm comfortable reading any Spanish material as well.

My Voice Experience
I'm basically a novice in the voice over industry. When the owner of a local radio station suggested that I had a good voice for narrative or audiobook work, I was reminded of a project I did for Pharaoh Audiobooks a number of years ago. My friends and I were asked to be the voice talent for the audio cassette rendition of Tough to Tackle, by Matt Christopher. This was actually pretty enjoyable for me, and I'd like to try doing some more voice over work.
My Training
Having had no relevant formal training, and aside from my one aforementioned experience on the Matt Christopher novel, I can only ask to be given an opportunity to get my feet wet working on various projects.

Additional Skills
I've been doing freelance computer repair and working for RadioShack for some time now. This implies a few things: 1) In addition to being able to speak into a microphone, I've got a decent chance of plugging it in correctly, and 2) I'd like to start getting paid more to do the former than the latter.
