Voice Description
My voice is baritone with tenor aspects, breathy, raspy, offbeat. It can be adjusted for straight narration, character voices(Alice in Wonderland type characters), hiked a notch for upbeat commercials, infused with sexy colors and relaxed for professional presentations.

My Voice Experience
I'm primarily a stage actor with extensive experience in Shakespeare and the Classics
extending back to 1980. I've appeared on One Life To Live. My film work includes films by Yvonne Rainer entitled Privilege and Murder and murder. My current affiliation is with The Storm Theatre in Manhattan since '97, artistic director: Peter Dobbins. The highlights include Prospero in The Tempest, Jacques in As You Like It, Bishop Tickon in Stavrogin's Confession, Henry IV in Henry IV, Major Coffin In Arrah-na-Pogue and Priest #3 in Murder in The Cathedral. Prior to The Storm I did a great deal of off-off Broadway work in Monkey Wrench Theatre with Horse Country, Screwmachine Eyecandy and Psychohaiku. I also worked with Richard Schechner in his East Coast Artists in various productions including Faustgastronome, Amerika and Three Sisters as well as participation in yoga workshops, Rosa work (classical Indian Techniques) and voice production. I toured with The Acting Company in Romeo and Juliet, Three Sisters, Midsummer Night's Dream and Two Gentlemen of Verona. In Minneapolis I did voice-over work for The Science Museum Of Minnesota in St. Paul for The Sacred Cenote and The Nootka Indian Tribe Exhibits as well as performing in their Acting Troup that highlighted the exhibits. I'm currently at work on a one-man show called Madness of The Day by Maurice Blanchot with Doris Mirescu and a new one-man show about the journey through Schizophrenia by Kirk Wood Bromley, as yet untitled.
I've done a great deal of live performing of my poetry and various prose works at venues scattered throughout New York City.
I recently completed work on Deadly Valentine for Astonishing World News wherein I portrayed the lead, Dr. John Baxter Hamilton. I was cast as the lead in the film 'Alabama' to be shot in Birmingham, Alabama throughout March. In April I will be in a film in NYC as a supporting lead.
My Training
I studied from '86 to '89 at NYU MFA Grad Acting Program with Ron Van Lieu, Zelda Fichandler, Jim Calder, Nora Dunfee and Beverly Wideman for voice who led seminars and workshops in voice-over work.
