My Voice Experience

The most exposure I've received (and am extremely grateful for) are the animation films in my college (Sheridan). This would be my second year recording.

I was the lead young male role in "Jack and the Mean Stack" and "Fainty" in "The Ogre King". (...Unfortunately, the animation students for "Jack and the Mean Stack" ran out of time to animate all of my work so they excluded it entirely.)

In "Jack and the Mean Stack", I also played several "walla" robots, providing all the buzzing, beeping, whirring and churning that all robots seem to require.

Currently, I am recording the lead female role in "The Last Strand" as "Gail", the perky, up-beat, over-the-top, bubbly, sickeningly sweet housewife to a bumbling ogre-ish husband (who I just ADORE, it would seem).

My Training

Performed on stage for 4 years in highschool and recently completed one year in college in the "Performing Arts - Preparation" program.

Part of my "final performace" for the year was to write, direct, time, audio recording, stage and perform in a sketch comedy group. The performance was (roughly) an hour and very well worth it.

All of my high school years were spent on stage. ...What does THAT tell ya?

Additional Skills

...As odd as it sounds, I feel that punctuality is a skill that I have. (Hey, it pisses ME off just as much when other actor's are late.)

I am also a playwright, editor and director, so I feel I bring a lot to the table in terms of creativity and spontaneity. The majority of my "character development" comes from my years as a (largely unemployed) writer of many forms of literature (primarily monologues and mini-plays). I have had several years experience writing and editing my own (and others') works.
