My Training

Performing Arts has always been my passion. My instruction on oratory, presence and diction started at home with weekly oral book reports during my youth.

I'm often asked to present in front of a large audience for presentations, poetry, fun activites (game show host); conduct on-camera, over the phone or in-person interviews; mediate between colleagues as the voice of reason; speak to undesirable vendors.

I attended several Franklin Covey seminars, took Myers-Briggs and DISK training to learn various communication styles.

Additional Skills

I enjoy theater and movies. Taking my mass media class in college has made me look at cinematography, costume, make-up as part of the overall experience. Oral Interpretation has taught me to change my tone based on relevant content, time my delivery and minimize/eliminate unnecessary fillers.

I have always had a part-time position in retail sales (cosmetics, women's accessories, women's/men's fragrances, home accessories) where I'm interacting heavily with customers and ensuring they have a gracious experience.
