My voice is usually serious, but I can use it in various ways. I cannot really express in writing how; it's better if you just hear it.

My Voice Experience

Since two years, I have been working at the local television station of Nederlek, The Netherlands. During breaking news events, I'm usually an on-screen announcer. During normal news packages, I'm one of two main narrators.

Previously, I have created several videos for my high school. They included lots of narration, as most of the video was based on photos of activities and such.

Currently, I'm a narrator for the commercial section of the local TV channel; think short radio commercials (20 - 30 seconds) and short, local television commercials.

My Training

I have never done a study on journalism. Everything I learned in the business, was learnt out on the street and inside of the studio. And believe me when I say, that it's the best training possible.
You get to experience breaking news situations, and you need to train your interview techniques. The only way to do that, is by interviewing. A lot.

My Studio Equipment

I have my own studio equipment, and if the following list is not satisfying, I have the ability to use the radio studio of the local station. Of that, unfortunately, I have no specifications, as they're still figuring some things out.

Additional Skills

People can contact me for pretty much any project - money is not really the big deal here. Although I like to be rewarded for my work, it doesn't necessarily have to be a bucket-load of money. Of course, I do look at the budget first, but I'm not someone for who the price is not negotiable. Because I'm open to the world, another thing I learnt with journalism...
