My Voice Experience

I Worked as a Customer Service Representative for two Insurance Corporations. My voice was loved by all, whom I came in contact with via the phone. I was told, that I have a very professional, clear and even tone voice, not only by the callers, also by my former co-workers, Supervisors and Managers. My Family and friends, love to hear me speak. One of my child hood friends, called me, and did not recognized my voice. She thought that she was calling a business, until my husband picked up, boy she said, oh yes, now I know that I have the correct phone number. My voice is is also on my answering machine as it is the chosen voice in my household.

My Training

Although I have some college, I learned how to speak clearly and professionally as a child. and just being aroung well spoking individuals. Also working in a professional environments help as well. Reading and just speaking correctly, listing to myself and correcting my speech played a major role with my communication.
