Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

Some accents I've been able to accomplish effectively are twangy, southern-style accents, as well as slow-tempo, smoother, 'discovery-channel'/nature narrations. Can also do nerdy, beach-dude, animals, fruits and other assorted vegetables. I'm from the midwest so my voice is - generally - wide open, un-accented and as American as Apple Betty's cherry pie.

My Voice Experience

I own and operate my own recording studio, and in the efforts of expanding my audio VO samples and resume, I am willing to turn around custom reads quickly, allowing you to drink the milk before buying the cow. You've nothing to lose and I will work within your budget and time-frame.

My Training

-- BA in Communications and English, minor in Music from the University of Nebraska/Lincoln.
-- A lifetime of music/songwriting/production/engineering beginning at the age of 10.

-- Performer/singer-songwriter, having toured coast-to-coast since 1999.

Hello and thanks for visiting my page as a potential VO talent / producer for your project. Things you should know about me?... I've been a recording studio owner, engineer and producer professionally and full-time now for 5 years. I've been in the music industry my entire professional life as a songwriter/producer/singer/musician. I'm easy-going and easy to work with and never stop until my client is 110% satisfied. While I'm personally just branching out into the VO world (specifically, lending MY voice to your project), I have worked on and produced many VO projects and have written music for many commercial campaigns including the NBA Finals, Sprint, Saturn Car Corp., Comcast and others. Through other related musical projects, I have commercially released upwards of 15 CDs, written hundreds of songs, licensed music to film and commercials, performed on VH-1, been written up in Rolling Stone and MTV online, and have engineered/produced hundreds of solo artists and bands through the years.
