My Voice Experience

''Girl I told you not to be late for that job interview!'' My momma yelled in my bedroom door. I woke up with sleep still in my eyes as I felt for the door. I looked over in Jihia's crib and he was still asleep. He must have be having a good dream cause he kickin the hell outa his stuffed bear Joe-Joe. Jihia was 5 weeks old and a little over weight. He was 17.5 pounds and carried it kinda good. He had big cheeks with small eyes that disappeared onto his face. He looked just like his daddy in every single way. I grabbed my clothes that was on the floor and the pants I wore the day before. I was nervous to go to this interview cause it was my first one and I would have to do it alone. The job was downtown, not that far from momma's job or far from the house. Momma found the job for me it was some job as a waitress at some big and fancy restaurant. We lived in a small apartment. It was a 2 bedroom cause thats all momma could afford plus we didn't need all that space. It wasnt nobody living here except me, momma, Jihia and sometimes her drug addict boyfriends.
