Microsoft Tradeshow Voice Overs -- over the years I've done voice work for several tradeshow productions.
REAL Player Games: I provided whacky character voices for REAL Player Game descriptions. I wrote some of the spots, too.
Seattle International Film Festival -- I provided the VO work for the 1994 SIFF promos for radio and film. I was directed to do total deadpan/monotone read. It was a creative concept piece.
More than 60,000 (sixty thousand) 30-second sponsored public service messages since 1989 for United Broadcasting at Studio 5 Recording in Bellevue, Washington.
My Training
I've studied acting at the University of Washington at an elective level and have taken acting classes and voice over classes since then. I have done some professional acting work but decided to direct my focus toward voice work.
I have a BA in Communications (specializing in advertising) from the University of Washington. I've worked 15 years as an advertising/marketing copywriter.
My Studio Equipment
I am not a sound engineer, but I do regular voice work at Studio 5 in Bellevue, Washington and can use their engineer and state-of-the art voice facility.
Additional Skills
I write advertising copy and have produced radio spots for clients. I was a Senior Copywriter with J. Walter Thompson in the 90s.
