My Voice Experience

Like most, I started in radio as an on air personality. While doing that, I found myself more and more fascinated by the station voice guy. Thinking "I could do that", I would make up phony station names and send away for as many "voice guy" demo tapes as I could. Soon I had a whole library of station voices from around the world and believe it or not, I listened to them all the time. First studying them, then mimicking them and finding what sound I liked, and finally forming one of my own. Now fast forward about 20 years and you'll find me providing voice services for some of the best radio and television stations around the country, as well as IVR for some of the nation’s largest corporations.

My Training

I have a Bachelors in Communication from the University of Nebraska.

I've pretty much been around the voice over business my whole life. Starting when I was a child doing kid parts on radio commercials, all the way till now. I have just never stopped doing it.

I've been around the radio business my whole life. You could say it was a family business. I literally grew up in a radio station. It's in my blood, it's all I know. I started working in radio when I was 14 and have held many positions including on-air as well as most recently 9 years as Creative Services Director for a cluster of radio stations. Being around it this long, i've developed strong vocal style and exceptional delivery. I can bring life to any piece of copy. I promise, you're going to like what you get from me.
