I am brand-new to the voice-over industry but bring years of vocal training and performing experience!
I have 20 years' experience as a performing artist (singer) with major opera houses, including the Met, New York City Opera, and Chicago Lyric Opera; I also have four years' experience as a teacher of voice; my roles performed include more than 50 operatic roles and numerous operetta and musical-theater roles; I have 30 years' experience with spoken dialog for the stage. I am a member of AGMA (American Guild of Musical Artists).

I have studied (and sung in) several languages, including French, Italian, and German; my normal speaking voice is unaccented, so I can easily layer on any number of dialects or foreign accents; as a singer, I have trained my voice to project in large spaces and have considerable experience as a public speaker; with more than a decade of experience as a newspaper and book editor, I also have a in-depth knowledge of grammar, syntax, and other elements of language that help me convey exactly what is desired with the text (don't worry, though -- I won't force my editing skills on you!).
